    What's Ninja Trader 6.5?

        Hi again Jason,

        Yes, I can confirm the previous issues remain when using NT 6.5

        With a small exception of right clicking a chart and choosing Format Data Series, that works correctly as other panels should (closing X and moving with bot box by the title bar). Although the Format Data Series is slightly different in NT7 than in 6.5

        I guess if the programmers can use the 6.5 FDS box as an example to compare by, they should be able to modify the code quite quickly.

        Anyway, time to crash.

            Any updates from the Dev Team regarding this issue?

            Again so you know, I can confirm that if I use any other programs either charting related or even non charting related, closing everything/anything with a mini X will close fine and what other information put forward previously still apply's which confirms it is a bug.

            Regardless of the size or significance of this bug, I just thought I would follow this up as it has been some time since first reported and having used numerous other programs can still confirm that the issue still exists.

            Would it be fair to assume that the next beta release will provide a fix for this?

              Unfortunately this has not been isolated on any of our development machines with multiple hardware setups.

              All I can suggest at this point in time is to try some different hardware setups on your end to see if it helps, starting by trying with only one monitor and seeing how it behaves from there.

                Its not just me, MXAS also experiences this.

                And as I say, other programs work fine by moving and clicking close certain dialog boxes but not with Ninja.

                You are indirectly saying that it is not a Ninja Problem because it does not happen on what you have for hardware.

                I am telling you it does exist, although its just that you guys cannot see it.

                Have only been here trying to help here by reporting this stuff, and after posting full details, I guess this will just be blown off as another later with the small issues thread.

                  What we are saying is that we ackowledge that this issue has been reported by several users and also acknowledge that we own the problem. We also invested time in trying to replicate the problem on all of our multi-monitor set ups in our offices across the globe and unfortunately can't replicate. Replication is required in order for us to resolve. Since this item is not a critical path item, it has been demoted on our priority list in favor of other items that we deem more important to get resolved.

                  We do appreciate the time you have taken to report this issue to us and work with us while we tried to reproduce. Thanks for your understanding.

                    Hi Ray,

                    Thanks for the further clarification to what extent the team has gone to, I understand and it is appreciated to know. I also understand about the need for a ladder of priority, this is also understandable.

                    Just dont know why it works fine when running Ninja 6.5, but with Ninja 7 beta it doesn't.
