This email is indeed genuine. We're working hard on improving the NinjaTrader experience and have upgraded our account portal.

This requires a few steps to migrate your account but enables features such as 2-Factor authentication or the ability to change your market data on the fly.

The two-factor authentication is not sending me an email and I am currently locked out of the client portal.
Is there an ETA when this will be fixed?
Is this the right place to get portal support?
