    Alert upon log in

    Hello NT Support,

    for the first time I'm facing a challenge upon log in NT website, whenever I type my credentials and press enter. I receive the following error message:

    Alert

    WARNING, Your clock is out of sync with the Atomic clock. Please check your computer's time settings and log off and back in after changing.


    I don't receive this error message on desktop platform or mobile app!


    I'm not living in USA, so what is this illogical error and what is the solution? I have never faced such error at any website before!!

    Thank you for using NinjaTrader.

    This can typically happen when your computer's clock does not match the Windows server definitions; since the NinjaTrader website relies on this, you will get this error message until it is resolved.


    Please use the steps below to change/check your Time Zone and sync the PC clock:
    • Shutdown NinjaTrader
    • Right-click the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop
    • Select Adjust date/time
    • For Windows 10 click 'Date, Time, and regional formatting' -> Then click 'Additional date, time, and regional settings' -> then click 'Set the time and date'
    • Select the 'Internet Time' tab at the top
    • Set the server to time.nist.gov and then click Update.
    • If the message that appears says successful your PC clock should now be updated.
    • If not, select a different server from the Server: drop-down and try again (repeat until one of the servers is successful)


    After updating the PC clock, please restart NinjaTrader, then right-click the chart and select Reload All Historical Data.

      Hi Luis

      thanks for the feedback, the issue is on ninjatrader website.

      i applied the above steps then logged in the website the error message disappeared but i still can't have access to my dashboard, it directs me to open account page !! when i click back to my dashboard it repeats to open account page !
