I had a live account 4 years ago but have not refunded it. Will my old account number still be viable? Can I simply re-fund the account or do I need to reapply?

If the account balance had remained $0 for over a year, the account would be considerred closed.

You will most likely need to re-apply since a few years have passed since your account was last active.
