I am a member of a ninja trader group coached by a ninja trader, that has taught me how to use and navigate the NT system. I am left embarrassed and bewildered as to why my application by NT was rejected.
I note that when I filled out the application using my mobile phone there were issues completing the application. I could not delete change or upload my ID or replace any document that were mistakenly uploaded.
With this I sent the application off thinking NT would reach out and make enquires. NT went into melt down.
I had emails from different people asking the same question which I replied to multiple time, and it was becoming frustrations because I could see know one was listening. When filling out the next of kin question the support services member accused me of allowing someone else to trade my account which I is asinine, false and bares no truth what so ever.
I except there I could have take more care, in saying this, I have spent much time in this membership group mentioned above learning about NT and I take responsibility for my errors in my approach. It would be a welcome result if we could resolve this matter sensibly.
