    error message

    hello, I downloaded the latest version of ninja trader but now Im getting an ERROR message before I can login, it states (UNABLE TO OPEN LOG FILE) I then tried to download the previous version an it is still happening. Can you help please

    There may be another application locking these files.

    Please restart the computer and rerun the installer for 8.0.1.7.

      once I turned off windows defender it worked

        please help when logging out of my ninja platform its says I have a open order but I didnt make one nor Is there on on my platform. can some one please show me how to find and close this order. please help.

          Hello helpwanted,

          Are you seeing any working or accepted orders on the Orders tab of the Control Center?
