My Account was Locked

I've tried calling the support phone number 1(312)262-1250 throughout the day, but I keep hearing the automated message that representatives are busy with other customers. It would be nice to know why it was locked & how I can prevent it from being locked in the future; thanks.

I have a Lifetime license with Ninjatrader and my account has been locked. I cannot get in touch with anyone accept a recording that tells me to go to Ninjatrader.com but it will not let me log in because my account has been locked. Yes, I agree it would be nice to know why it was locked and how to fix this!
