    Playback101 Order

    Hi, I am having this same problem but I am using a PlayBack101 account. Any ideas what can I do? Thanks

    Just to confirm, did you complete all the steps from the topic above^? If you get any errors, can you share exactly what is happening here?

      Thanks, I don't get errors when working on Sim account, but when I connect to Playback, I get the error after a few seconds after loading.

        Hi Danilod, Did you follow the steps in the old post above to reset the Sim101 account and reset the database? There is an order either in Sim101 or playback that is throwing this error and the database is holding onto it. The order reference needs to be cleared out.
