Hi Danilod, thanks for posting. I moved the post from here because it was a few years old:
I can't start strategy. There is popup see attachment. What is reason for this message and how to fix this ?
Just to confirm, did you complete all the steps from the topic above^? If you get any errors, can you share exactly what is happening here?

Hi Danilod, Did you follow the steps in the old post above to reset the Sim101 account and reset the database? There is an order either in Sim101 or playback that is throwing this error and the database is holding onto it. The order reference needs to be cleared out.Chris L.NinjaTrader Customer Service
