Hi i have noticed on Simulator and Live on many trades there is lag in filling orders in LIVE account. Many trades have ended in losses even after seeing the profit change to green but doesnt get filled and then the target is missed. How do i escalate this?

You would contact your broker. Live orders fill on the exchange and from your brokerage.
