Thank you for your post.
Please write into PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with a link to this forum post and your Log and Trace files so we may further investigate this.
Also, please include "2728941 Attn: Brandon" in your email and provide the date/time that this happened and associated order IDs.
Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files.- Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
