Is there any way the community can get an idea of when OF+ Volume Profile will be available to access within NinjaScript?

Many feel this is a critical, yet seemingly trivial, addition to the already available OF+ code via NinjaScript. Is there any specific reason why the Product Team or Engineering Team ...leadership, etc. has avoided adding this implementation?

The broader development community has not come up with a solution that sufficiently equates to OF+ VP/TPO (No, DValueArea isn't quite there)... unless of course one pays a hefty premium for private custom development.

After several years of multiple requests from customers, it almost feels like the OF+ VP exclusion is a deliberate choice, but for unclear reasons - and doesn't seem to be a customer demand threshold issue... SFT-3402 doesn't even remotely appear to be in the roadmap. It's difficult to imagine there being code-breaking issues with adding access from NinjaScript. Can we please get some clarity... more in depth than simply "assessing user demand" ?

Customer demand is tracked and considered, but it is not the only driving factor. Feasibility and other internal considerations must also be weighed in as well.

There are already powerful volume analysis tools available in the EcoSystem that carry many more features than our own. Developing our tools further could compete with existing products offered through our EcoSystem, so the decision is not always as easy as "we have seen 50+ votes for this functionality, let's do it."

Each feature has its own implications to implement, and this particular feature has several considerations that come with it.

Also to be mentioned, much functionality could be created through Volumetric Bars data access methods. Feel free to open a new thread if you have additional questions on using these methods.

NinjaTrader_Jim Understood. I am familiar with the Volumetric Bars data access methods; appreciate the attempt to help. Sounds like NT is overwhelmed with Tech Debt and Backlog issues... perhaps platform stability, system-resource optimization, and multithreading are more important issues to address anyhow.

At the very least, could you please provide links to the "powerful volume analysis tools available in the EcoSystem" that would replicate/replace OF+ Volume Profile & TPO functionality - free-use code in particular.
