Not sure if it's been mentioned but the DValueArea indicator posted in the Apps area by Chelsea returns the previous day's Value Areas and POC so those values can be used in strategies.

Please add my vote to request SFT-3402. It will be nice to get access to POC/VAH/VAL NinjaScript or able to call them during strategy builder/conditions/indicator/Order Flow Volume Profile (which is not shown right now) to see plot/value plot to select POC/VAH/VAL.
