          Chart Refresh Rate

The current 250 ms lag is totaly unacceptable . Can not trade fast moving markets such as CL. If this is not addressed I will be changing platforms.

Add my vote also - there should be no lag.....-- Lag in trading whose idea was that?

Add my vote too. Though feel like its a wasted effort. The changes that make the most sense and have the most need to be fixed are the ones that NT always fail to implement and never give feed back on.

                          I added your vote, martyn73.

Feature requests are implemented based on many factors including user demand, feasibility, and the existence of more critical items that take priority over feature requests in general. I do not have any further information on the status of this feature request and it's priority.

                            +1 another vote

                            Please add my vote.

The delay on NT8 charts is very noticeable, and I would like to adjust the refresh rate (as per NT7) so NT8 actually matches the price changes on my DOM.

                              I also think it's a good suggestion
