    Chart is missing data on some currencies

    My chart is missing data even when i have set 2010-2017 data to load

    Thank you for your post.

    Depending on who you are connected to the availability of data may vary. Who are you connected to for Forex data? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

        Thank you for your response.

        Please go to Tools > Account Connections > select your FXCM connection > Edit > Next > set the 'Historical Data' option to 'Use NinjaTrader servers' > Next > Next > Finish. Then restart NinjaTrader.

        Please let me know if this corrects the missing data or if you are already on the NinjaTrader Historical Servers.

          I were already on ninjatrader historical servers and it didn't work

            Thank you for your response.

            Please clear your cache in NinjaTrader with the instructions below and advise if the same behavior is seen.
            • Shut down NinjaTrader.
            • Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > db folder.
            • Delete the sub-folder named 'cache'.
            • Restart NinjaTrader and test.
