    sorry what do you mean by add-on

    every time i clic New---Market analyzer---- and i and JTconnection
    until this it's work but the problem is when a need to execute a trade by jigsaw on playback mode for example or any it's doesn't work i can't enter any trades by Jigsaw if it's a bride between ninjatrader

        I'm happy to check into this with you if you would please email us at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a message 'ATTN Gaby'.

        Additionally, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
        • Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
        • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

          Hello deevy,

          If you are having problems between jigsaw and NinjaTrader you will need to contact jigsaw for further assistance. Based on the other post you stated it seems jigsaw needs a specific version of the platform to be used, you would need to install that version and then contact jigsaw if that is not working in some way.

              i did the reset on data base managemet but nothing works

                Please send us your log and trace files so that we may look into what occurred.

                You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

                Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.​

                    Hello deevy,

                    In the NinjaTrader platform, from the Control Center you can go to Help > Email Support.

                    You can enter the subject, your email, and in the body of the message describe your issue.

                    There is a box called 'Log and trace files' that is automatically checked so we can investigate.

                    You can send us an email from there.

                          and with this *** version of ninja i don't have the button of " disconnect " i'm realy mad of all this i swear
                          i'm connected automatically
                          i want to disconnect to add some backup files it told " you need to disconnect first " and i don't haaaaaave the button to do it

                                Hello deevy,

                                This will need to be downloaded for playback with the Playback connection.

                                Tools -> Historical Data -> Get Market Replay data -> select the instrument -> select the date -> click Download.
