    I just rebooted got this message and Crash

    Hello,

    Thanks for posting.

    I'm happy to look into the connection items and crashing behavior. Please send me your log and trace files from within the platform so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support.

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    Please also enter "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the email.

      Oopps , all gone, I uninstalled and reinstalled and somehow wiped out the wrong settings file.
      this was my third reinstall today.

        Hello JerryWar,

        Not a problem, but I would only be able to speak on the connection errors. When these errors appear, I recommend restarting the PC, modem, and router. If these errors appear frequently, I recommend reaching out to the ISP in use for further information.
