Time on charts not same as time on my system

    Time on charts not same as time on my system

    My time on charts is one hour off the time on my computer system. Almost like it didn't adjust for going off dst. How/where can I fix this.

    What time zone is your PC clock set to?

    What time zone is selected in NinjaTrader in the Control Center > Tools > Options > General?

      Hi Patrick.,

      My timezone on the computer is set to MST( -7 GMT). It is the same on NT 8.

        Which time is incorrect? Your PC clock or NinjaTrader? Does this occur on a new chart window?

          NT8 is wrong. off by one hour..

          Yes, it is the same on a new chart.

            Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

            You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

            Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

              Was this issue resolved?

              Im having the same problem switching NT8 to PST . The candle that prints on my 60 min chart is 45 mins ahead of my local time. Also my tick chart time doesn't correlate to the 60 min chart.

              ex. 6:00 local time
              60 min candle being printed is labeled 6:45

                The internal ticket number for sepslin's inquiry is 1611124. However, I did not receive a response after sending my initial troubleshooting steps. I have resent them to him.

                Keep in mind that NinjaTrader charts timestamp the data with the closing time. For example, a 60 minute bar with a timestamp of 1PM has the date from 12:00PM to 12:59PM within,

                I would recommend following the same steps which I recommended to sepslin.

                Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
