    I don't remember the link, I received this Indicator via mail, And i am saying from beginning that this file can be imported to NT7 So then why not at NT8, That is why i am asking you to make such indicators files also compatible to NT8, If this file really outdated or non compatible then it must not have done with NT7 also, Kindly make such file also compatible

      Unfortunately you cannot import NinjaScript files from NinjaTrader 7 into NinjaTrader 8 due to code breaking changes in NinjaScript between the 2 versions. Please see the migration guide at the link below under 'Migrating NinjaScript Files'.


      Due to the scope of the changes made to NinjaScript, you will not be able to import any Version 7 scripts into NinjaTrader 8 for code conversion. The most efficient way to convert your Version 7 scripts will be to create a new script directly via the NinjaScript Editor in NinjaTrader 8, then begin to copy and paste portions of your code from Version 7 to Version 8, making adjustments for each section of code as needed.In addition to the architectural changes which have eliminated certain event-driven methods in NinjaScript, there are two key components of your code which should NOT be copied into your new Version 8 script:


      “Using” statements at the top of the script

      All code within the “NinjaScript Generated Code” region


      For complete information on creating a new script in NinjaTrader 8 as the first step in the code conversion process, please see the “Managing Scripts and Folders” section of the Help Guide article linked below: http://ninjatrader.com/support/helpG...s_explorer.htm

        Sir after programming the ninja script got few error(CS0234 and CS0246,and double click the error to check got following message , Authorization Required

          target and stop loss not visible

          I am using NT8, After placing order my stop loss and target is not visible, ( Till yesterday it was working fine)
          Kindly find screen shot attachment
          Checked with NT 7 absolutly no problem, Waiting for your reply

            Thank you for your post.

            There is no instrument in the Chart Trader selection. Can you send us over your log and trace files so we may look into this matter further? You can send the files by going to Help > Email Support. List 'ATTN: Patrick H' in the subject line and list this thread in the body of the email.
