when open ninja trader as soon I start loading the chart it get frozen, try to closed and do not do anything , need to force to close, I installed and installed many times, still have the same problem.

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.
Please forward your request to our Technical Support team at clientservices@ninjatrader[dot]com. Include your Log and Trace files using the instructions below.- Press the "Windows Key + E" on your keyboard to open the Windows File Explorer.
- Go to Documents/NinjaTrader
- Left-click on the "log" folder to highlight it.
- Right-click and select "Compress to ZIP file"
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the "trace" folder
- Send these .zip files as attachments to your email response.
