Correct TWS has been updated however Gateway is still being reviewed for an updated version however will be released prior to cutoff date.

The TWS connection seems to work OK but is a huge memory and CPU hog. I have 32 charts running on NT, but there is nothing on TWS, only connection. And these are the results.....

So, it is worth looking at the API; I also posted a request and IB myself. I will flood them with requests so they know this is a serious issue. I do not think they like to lose customers, right?!

Agree, it's a memory hog! And I run multiple different strategies and with each strategy connecting to a IBKR account I'm concerned that this may have latency added to my trades.
