I have no price data coming in after 16:59 EST yesterday. The last time i had this problem, the only fix was a fresh install. It's really a pain to do this so I would prefer to avoid.
I'm connected to Tradovate with my Apex accounts and a personal Tradovate account with market data subscription. I have tried...
- Delete all the folders in db folder
- Rename db file
- Rename cache folder
- Switch to a default workspace instead of mine
- Launch NT8 in safe mode and open a chart. Still same cutoff time yesterday.
I also tried doing "email support" from the NT8 platform itself and get "error, failed to send. the maximum allowed messages was exceeded"
I don't know what to do. Please help.
