Invisible indicator config window (NT 8.1.3.1)

I have three monitors (I'm not sure if that's relevant), each monitor has one chart window. Sometimes, when I click on indicators configuration toolbar icon, nothing seems to open but all windows stop listening to mouse input. After few tries I discovered that when I press enter, focus and mouse input returns to normal which leads me to believe that the indicators config window opens but it's invisible and pressing enter closes it.

I am sorry, I did not have time to troubleshoot - I restored a backup and changed my window configuration and so far I have not experienced the issue.

I figured out what the issues is: for some reason config window pops-up on another monitor with coordinates relative to the chart window. If I relocate the chart to the top monitor - it will open config window outside of the visible area.

Thanks. That works but it's temporary. I need to figure out how how to make NT8 save the window position where I want it.

EDIT: I tried to move the config down where my chart was, saved..and now config window is completely invisible and windows + arrow key does not work. Only pressing enter brings back focus.

This is happening with the latest version: 8.1.4.1 as well.

Thank you for the update.

Does the behavior continue if you remove the UI file so that NinjaTrader creates a new one?

• Close NinjaTrader
• Go to the Documents folder > NinjaTrader 8 > UI File, click and drag this and drop it on the Desktop

Now, reopen NinjaTrader and it will automatically create a new UI file.

From here, does the settings window still appear outside of view?
