Hello, For the past 2 days I have been having this issue with my NQ locking for no reason I can see. When I try and delete the chart I get this error. How can I prevent this from happening?

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums!
Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.- Open the 'Windows File Explorer' then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
- Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

trying to upload but the zip file is 7,665KB which your system says is too big to upload.
