Web platform not loading correctly

Web platform not loading correctly

I've tried accessing the web platform on my laptop and my Zfold phone and the window loads but no candles and no price action. Any ideas what could be causing it?

Resolved, the Wi-Fi I was connected to was blocking it from loading.
