Web platform not loading correctly

    Web platform not loading correctly

    I've tried accessing the web platform on my laptop and my Zfold phone and the window loads but no candles and no price action. Any ideas what could be causing it? Click image for larger version  Name:	image.png Views:	0 Size:	153.1 KB ID:	1315137

    No live market data access? Is it a demo account?

      I logged in with my Apex account like usual

        Resolved, the Wi-Fi I was connected to was blocking it from loading.
