Unable to Login to Dashboard

Good day,

I am unable to login to my Ninjatrader Dashboard. I’ve got a Ninjatrader account through Apex Trader Funding. Using Google Chrome, I input my username and password and click on red Login button. Page flashes (I see Dashboard very briefly) and then goes to this URL: https://account.ninjatrader.com/trading-mode with the “Get Started” page as if I do not have an account.

I have tried the following steps to resolve and none of these have fixed the issue thus far

1. Cleared cache
2. Synchronized clock
3. Tried incognito mode
4. Tried different browsers
5. Tried different computer
6. Deleted “welcome” from end of Ninjatrader URL
7. Clicked on migrate to new dashboard button which only sent me an email to change password (which I did)
8. Imported Ninjatrader license key from Apex Trader funding
9. Allowed pop-ups and redirects setting on google Chrome

How can I resolve this so I can login to my Ninjatrader dashboard?

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.

If you are using an evaluation provider, you are unable to see the full account dashboard that would normally be able available as a user with a personal NinjaTrader account.


Since you are using an evaluation, you'll need to log into the NinjaTrader Desktop platform as outlined in your evaluation's step by step guide.
