    Error: Unable to connect to the remote server (Logon failed) on Mac using Parallels

    Hello,

    I can't seem to solve the following error: Error: Unable to connect to the remote server (Logon failed)

    I'm using Parallels on an M3 MacBook, connecting Tradovate (non Rithmic accounts) any ideas?

    Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.


    Please use the following instructions to send your Log and Trace files to support@ninjatrader[dot]com.
    • Open the 'Windows File Explorer' then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to email, above.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
