I've recently signed up on NT and setup my account with a small 56$ deposit for testing before depositing more. The account page says "Live account is active. You're all set! Start trading"
But when I try to place an order, it gives me the error indicated on the attached screenshot. In this case it is a 1 micro order on NQ.
I have used NT charts before via Tradovate so it shouldn't be a user problem. Just my first time using a NT account for live trading. What am I missing? A broker connection? Too small account balance?
And what is the best way to contact support in these matters if they need to check my account directly?
