Chart Trader Menu Greyed Out

Hello NT Support Team,
Today, I encountered an issue despite having a lifetime license and no previous problems. After some troubleshooting, I discovered a solution: by toggling the 'Show Data Box' menu on and off, I was able to enable the Chart Trader menu. I'm not sure if this is a glitch, but I wanted to share this information in case anyone else experiences a similar issue.

It's a known bug, but the NT staff haven't fixed it yet. It happens to me regularly on the 8.0.X version.
