    You kindly programed a PositionDisplayIndicator for me because I couldn't read the price. It has stopped working on my main computer Ninjatrader V 8.1.2.1 64-bit. It still works on my second computer Ninjatrader which has V 8.1.1.7 64-bit. The sim still works on my main computer but when I switch to my account it shows nothing but zeros. Have you any idea of the problem? Could the newer version have a conflict?

    We have recently released a new NinjaTrader version, NinjaTrader 8.1.3.0. Could you test whether this still occurs after the update?

      Updated still no luck. Just printing zeros. The P/L on the right in the program works and postionindicator on my other PC works but not my main PC. It doesn't make sense.

        Could you send us your log & trace files? We can then take a closer look at the reported error.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

          Sent the trace files. They could not find anything wrong with the software. They said I should debug the indicator. The indicator is working fine on my other computer so i doubt it's an inductor bug problem. Any clues where I should go from here?

              The case number is Case: #04370382. I installed the indicator on my laptop and it is working perfectly. So I have two computers where i works and two that don't. This is really a strange problem.

              If all else fails I will try a clean install on the weekend.

                Thank you very much for your reply.

                As the colleague currently working on this case is Jesse, our Engineering Support Team Lead, I would suggest waiting for his follow-up once he is back in the office tomorrow.

                As Jesse has a very deep understanding of how third-party scripts render information and has developed or modified many scripts himself, he should be able to track this issue down and assist you better than our more platform-focused technical support team can.

                  Thanks for your efforts in trying to solve my problem. I seem to have solved it by deleting the db files. It is now working.
