i have received this message when i just tried to connect for the first time with my rithmic account, ( it works on rithmic r pro)
i tried to restart ninjatrader, i also tried to restar my pc, and finally and removed ninjatrader and re-installed it, i also deleted the folder in documents in order to restart everything, and i still get te same message when i try to connect.
please help me :'( :'(
