    Unable to login in to Ninjatrader

    I have had the following issue all day 3/19. It states, "An error occurred while sending the request". I have deleted the desktop app multiple times and reinstalled using a direct download from ninjatrader but still unable to login. Username and password work on webpage version.

    Hello kingej,

    Can you please rename the Config.xml file and check if the issue persists.

    This will remove created connections, references to 3rd party add-ons and the Skin setting will revert back to default.
    • Reboot your computer
    • Navigate to the Documents-->NinjaTrader 8 folder
    • Left click the Config.xml file first so it is selected
    • Right click the Config.xml file and select Rename
    • Rename the Config.xml file to ConfigOld.xml
    Start NinjaTrader Desktop and check if you are able to login.
