Download of data completely frozen

The playback stopped working. I restarted the platform and reset the DB. I ended up deleting the market replay.
I tried to download the NQ 06-24 tick/minute instrument but no data was downloaded.
I tried to download the market replay data from NQ06-24 but the window remained frozen with no data arriving.
On the charts the message "Loading tick replay" is displayed with no result.
In short, I no longer have access to any data even though the payment to CME group has been validated and my connection of course is actived.
Can you give me the procedure to follow to resolve this situation?

there Data servers are down since around 8pm central 03/15/24. My guess is weekend maintenance / updates. Happens every now and again over weekends. No data loads or playback until they are completed with their maintenance. Ninja user 14 years. Patience

There was an issue over the weekend regarding historical and market replay data being downloaded from our servers. This has now been resolved, so if you continue to have issues please restart the platform and try again. If the issue persists, please write to our support team so we may look into further.
