The playback stopped working. I restarted the platform and reset the DB. I ended up deleting the market replay.
I tried to download the NQ 06-24 tick/minute instrument but no data was downloaded.
I tried to download the market replay data from NQ06-24 but the window remained frozen with no data arriving.
On the charts the message "Loading tick replay" is displayed with no result.
In short, I no longer have access to any data even though the payment to CME group has been validated and my connection of course is actived.
Can you give me the procedure to follow to resolve this situation?
