Is it a coincidence that ICE data broke when CC went parabolic?
silence leaves room for rumours.

I really think NT8 team has to step up their game here. someone has to take responsibility and communicate properly. I want an error message inside the client, an honest explanation, and an email to notify me when the data is back.

Guys, what is this all about!?
The situation sucks so much it is a joke a nightmare a fraud.

You as a company want to be a trading platform profider and a broker and you are not able to provide data for over 3 month.
Imagine you are trading some serious money with your platform and now you are not able to trade for over 3 month the softs.
This is an absolute joke and embarrassing!

Hello, the historical data for the ICE is still not being loaded. Is there an update for this or do users have to accept that the historical data is no longer available on NinjaTraider?

Hello, is it now possible to retrieve the ICE market data? Unfortunately, I can still only view the data up to 08.03.24.
