Desktop vs. VPN

A friend of mine only seems to have this [what I assume to be] the VPN version of the NinjaTrader platform, whereas I have the Desktop version. Am trying to figure out why he doesn't have that option. Also trying to load up Ninjatrader continuum data. Don't see the options available for him. What is the procedure to install as desired?

I'm not sure what you mean by the 'VPN' version of NinjaTrader. I'd advise that you have your friend contact us directly via email and we'd be happy to collect some additional information about the problem so that we can get him on the right path.
