Vender #1 licensed my machine id without a problem. I had another vender #2 licensed my machine id and my indicators from vendor #1 no longer worked (pop up window asking to ok machine id from vender #1. Vender #1 was giving my machine id the ok but still not working. Then I had vender #2 unauthorize my machine id, still not able to use vender#1 indicators. I deleted all vender #2 indicators and started over with load Ninja Trader8 with no luck, still ask for authorization from vender #1. They have and no luck.

You would want to keep working with the vendors to have them look into what is preventing the licensing from working.
