I am currently experiencing an issue with the platform, since is showing me erroneous data as the market progresses when is open, I started noticing this on my laptop as well as on my desktop. The data changes when i refresh it on my charts, for example I have attached two pictures showing different volumes after i refreshed the chart just seconds ago, which is messing up my analysis, I'd like some help as to how can i fix this, because not just one device has this issue but two, which i find strange. How can i fix this, so that ninja trader shows me very accurate data, which is vital for my analysis.

Hello r12Marlon,
Thank you for your post.
I would like to refresh your chart data and resynchronize your PC Clock using the steps below.- Shutdown NinjaTrader
- Right-click on the clock in the lower-right corner of your desktop
- Select "Adjust date and time"
- Select the 'Internet Time' tab at the top
- Set the server to time.nist.gov and click "Update".
- If the message that appears says successful your PC clock should now be updated.
- If not, select a different server from the Server: drop-down and try again (repeat until one of the servers is successful)
Then with NinjaTrader still closed:- Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db folder.
- Delete the sub-folders named 'cache', 'day', 'minute', and 'tick'
- Restart NinjaTrader
