    Can we please get an ETA on resolution or a workaround for this? This is costing all of us opportunity here.

      I missed on a 37 pt trade on NQ because of this non-sense. At least give google login users a backup method. I know it is working for others who sign in through UN/PW only.

                Thanks for your notes.

                The Development team has implemented a fix for this matter and Google-sign in has been restored.

                Please restart NinjaTrader 8 and you should be able to sign on with Google.

                  Thanks. good thing i was refreshing this. i was able to log in. they need to give us a backup route. looking through their forum this has happened before.

                    I was able to login both with Google and UN/PW; but account doesn't show up. It's also painfully slow.

                    I went through the process of creating a PW and now don't know if the reason is the same or a new one I introduced by adding the PW option. I get a dialog box with the message
                    Live: Unable to connect to the remote server (Logon Failed)

                      Thanks for your notes.

                      Please write in to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and attach your log and trace files to your email by following the steps below.
                      • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
                      • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
                      • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
                      • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

                      The NinjaTrader Support team will be happy to investigate this matter and provide further assistance.

                        When I click on live account it asks me to create an account via ninja trader.... I'm with Apex, how do I find my propfirm ???
