I developed a strategy that takes a trade when the RSI crosses above a certain threshold (numeric value). When I run the strategy from the chart (right click on the chart -> Strategies ...) it works just as expected. When I attach it to the strategy tab it takes trades where it shouldn't. Any idea what could cause that issue?

I want the strategy to only trade during CBOE US futures hours. When attaching the strategy to the strategy tab I can select that option. When attaching it to a chart that option is missing. I don't really understand why. is there a way to put these trading hours directly into the code? I develop using C# in ninjascript editor.
