Tried to login, have 2FA enabled - great, send me an email. Never arrives. Checked spam, blah blah blah. My confirmation statements arrive just fine. Try the chatbot, it suggests a bunch of non-relevant topics, try to open a ticket, it continues to happily babble on about topics I don't care about. Tried to enter "bad answer" to perhaps evoke a response that is useful, but keeps giving me the same information.
So now I'm trying this - would love to know how I'm supposed to get in touch with you short of making a phone call to the emergency trading support number.
Live account, fully funded, been with you for a good amount of time. What is going on over there?
