    Chatbot Useless - 2FA Email Never Gets Sent - No way to open support ticket

    I'm more than a little annoyed. Attempting to login via the website. NT Client is logged in fine and recieving data, etc...

    Tried to login, have 2FA enabled - great, send me an email. Never arrives. Checked spam, blah blah blah. My confirmation statements arrive just fine. Try the chatbot, it suggests a bunch of non-relevant topics, try to open a ticket, it continues to happily babble on about topics I don't care about. Tried to enter "bad answer" to perhaps evoke a response that is useful, but keeps giving me the same information.

    So now I'm trying this - would love to know how I'm supposed to get in touch with you short of making a phone call to the emergency trading support number.

    Live account, fully funded, been with you for a good amount of time. What is going on over there?

        Okay, thought there was a more direct method than composing an email, some live-ticketing, but I suppose not. I'll try it since I have no other recourse.

            Doing the email support thing, and the first thing suggested was to turn off 2FA, except I can't get into my account, lol.

            Then they suggested clearing cache/cookes, which I did, and the 2FA email got sent, now I'm faced with a choice between auth app or hardware key - both of which are not set up.

            So now I'm in limbo after responding to a support ticket, and I'm still not able to get into my account.

            You could say I'm a bit annoyed.

            Guess I'll attempt the 1-800 number, but honestly I don't understand after changing absolutely nothing about my side, this is happening. NT Desktop client continues to operate, thankfully.
