I have been negligent about reporting it, and I simply close NT and immediately restart it, as it prevents further trading and opens a new order I can't close, but this absurdly shortsighted approach has become extremely disruptive to live trading and tedious (it happens nearly every day), as one might imagine, and it does not solve the problem.
What steps can I take to remedy the problem?
Other details:
- NT version: 8.1.1.7 64-bit (the issue predates this version, however)
- License type: Lifetime
- NT is my broker
- Continuum provides my data
