    Ninjatrader is having problems connecting to its' license servers

    Ninjatrader is having problems connecting to its' license servers. NT.8.0.28.0 / CQG.
    Any idea how to fix it?​

        Hello psmf7,

        This would indicate that NinjaTrader is not able to access our servers at all.

        If you are aware of a firewall or internet security suite, please ensure NinjaTrader has been added to the 'allowed' list.

        I would also suggest restarting the modem/router as well as the PC. As this resets routing tables it can resolve many connection errors.

        Should this still fail, please follow the steps below and I can best assist you further:
        • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
        • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this support (at) ninjatrader (dot) com referring to this post.
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders
