    Live Data Missing

    This issue is happening to me currently: https://forum.ninjatrader.com/forum/...sing-live-data

    I have restarted NT several times and there is a gap in the data shown on my charts which causes bad indicator values which generates erroneous signals for my live strategies. So I cannot run strategies like this. My connection is Forex.com. What needs to be done to resolve this issue quickly? Thanks.

    I can reproduce the issue on my end. Historical data loads up to 7:18pm (US Central time) - 1-14-2024. I have sent a report to our server team.

    You could use historical data from Forex.com in the meantime.
    • Disconnect the Forex.com connection first
    • Click configure at Control Center-->Connections
    • Select the Forex.com connection in the Configured box
    • Disable the 'NinjaTrader historical data server' setting
    • Click OK
    • Connect to Forex.com
    If the missing data is not loaded initially, please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

      That worked, thank you. However, I did lose money due to this issue. Do you suggest to remain disconnect from NT historical data server during live trading?

        You can load historical data from us or from Forex.com. If you prefer to load historical data from Forex.com, please disable the "NinjaTrader historical data server" setting. If you like to load historical data from our servers, please enable this setting.

          Same is there for FXCM, should I do the same to show all data? disconnect from NT data?

            Yes, you can use the same workaround for FXCM connections.
            • Disconnect FXCM first
            • Click configure at Control Center-->Connections
            • Select the FXCM connection in the Configured box
            • Disable the 'NinjaTrader historical data server' setting
            • Click OK
            • Connect to FXCM​
