Missing live data

    Missing live data

    When I load a chart there is data missing. Data only shows from the point I load the chart onward. Reloading the chart/ historical data only deletes the candlesticks I've watched form and restarts again from the point at which it loads. Everything is up to date, I've deleted historical replay data and restarted Ninjatrader8 about 5 times. Still having this issue.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    I am having the same issue right now with my Continuum account, nothing is working to retrieve the data, from reading prior threads it seems one of the data servers is down

          I am having the same problem with all instruments (Continuum). Reloading All Historical Data doesn't load today's data, only from the moment Reloading.

            Same here, did clocks go back in USA? Is that the cause?

              It would be professional for someone in Support to acknowledge that the issue is being looked into, please... first reported nearly 5 hours ago...

                  Hello all,

                  Unfortunately there was an issue with historical data servers. Some of them did not record historical data from the Sunday Open (5:00pm US Central time). The issue has been resolved. Please disconnect/re-connect the NinjaTrader Continuum connection to load the missing data. If not loaded initially, please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

                    My historical data still does not load, even after disconnect/reconnect, restart, and reload/download historical data from Friday. The problem still persists.

                      From the platform, may you please go to Help > email support, and submit a ticket so we may look further into this for you. As the historical data servers have been resolved of the missing data issue.
