How are you going? My chart is not loading any candles when tick replay is ticked. I needed the tick replay for an indicator I'm using. Can you help please? I've attached two screenshots here showing the issue when tick replay is ticked.

Hi,
How are you going? My chart is not loading any candles when tick replay is ticked. I needed the tick replay for an indicator I'm using. Can you help please? I've attached two screenshots here showing the issue when tick replay is ticked.

Hello GeorgeW,
Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Data Series'. Set 'Trading hours' to 'CME US Index Futures ETH' and click OK. I assume you now receive realtime data.
FX futures use the 'CME FX Futures ETH' trading hours template by default. This trading hours template has Martin Luther King, Jr Day incorrectly defined as a full holiday. This causes the issue for you. We have contacted our server team regarding the incorrect trading hours template.

Hi NinjaTrader_Jason, only 10 range doesn't load.. tried 8 range and it worked. I'm not sure what's going on?

Hi NinjaTrader_Jason days to load are the same for both charts which is 3 days.. 8R and 10R.. 8R doesn't have any issues at all.. you can see the 2 comparisons below.

I can't reproduce this when I test it on my end.
Can you please perform the steps below.- Shut down NinjaTrader Desktop and navigate to the following folder
- Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->db folder
- Delete the "cache" folder that is within the "db" folder
- Start NinjaTrader Desktop and check if the 10 Range chart loads the requested historical data
- If not initially, please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'
