signed up today for a "live" data demo but getting delayed data

Hello,
I just signed up today and should be getting "live" data with demo account for 2 weeks, but getting delayed data instead.
I am getting this message "Instruments not subscribed for real-time data have been detected and will have a 10 minute delay. . ."
I imported my lifetime license and My "Account Plan" is showing "Lifetime"; maybe this caused a conflict?
