Data, charting problem

    It looks exactly like the same problem and the bad thing is it doesn't look like it's an easy fix.

    This is the mod's response from that last post back in July:

        the same problem, we have optimized, deleted the database, and on 03/12/2023 NO!! creates it

          Same problem..No data from Sunday ETH open up until log on.

            Our historical data servers experienced a brief outage and are currently missing some of the historical data from today's session.

            This data will be backfilled early tomorrow morning and will then be available. I can only apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime.

                What is the ETA on a resolution to this issue as I am still experiencing this issue....

                  Still experiencing issue what is the ETA?
                  You know sometimes it sure makes you wonder if NT knows what they are doing. I mean hmm do you not have redundancy built in to your system? Trick question because apparently not.

                    I was able to right click and then hit reload historical data and it gave me most of the overnight, just missing a couple hours right after it first opened.

                        At this time I can confirm that the servers are back online and have been backfilled with data. Please restart the platform and reconnect and let me know if you see the same.​

                          Restart is not needed, just reload historical data.
